With expansion through a large acquisition in the US market, the company have naturally lived major IT overhaul, business structure changes and technological challenges. The new American organization have presented with different cultures, business practices, and IT environment. In addition to all of that, the new set up was quiet complex given the number of employees, IT partners, Brokers and millions of customer records which required new standardisation. The business transformation and IT integration had to be done within a predefined timeline limited by a specific budget.
