During this three-day live course, students will gain the necessary knowledge to coach agile release trains as a SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE).

Deriving its underlying principles from Lean, systems thinking, Agile development, product development flow, and DevOps, attendees will be exposed to the competencies needed to align large development programs and will practice the necessary skills for supporting and executing Program Increment Planning events, and coordinating multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).

Students will develop a new set of skills that have global recognition and demand to provide enterprises the keys to success in a market in transformation as a SAFe® 6.0 Release Train Engineer (RTE).

As Founder and President of HZM Consulting, Hady brings over 20 years of strategic portfolio project management and consulting experience to the table. His proven ability to engage in complex business project management strategy and diverse environments has empowered him to help a multitude of private and public sector clients with effective strategies.

Hady is an active member of several Montreal-based youth mentor programs and regularly supports the activities of AIESEC Canada. He is the proud recipient of 2017’s Harvard Business Review (HBR) project management article of the year.

Haissam Zaky

Senior Partner

Haissam is a well-versed IT professional with 25 years experience in IT development and enterprise architecture. He consistently demonstrates the capacity to deliver complex architecture solutions delivered in Agile and hybrid methodologies. Haissam has been involved in 200+ technology projects in the US and Canada throughout his career.

Haissam is also an active soccer player who has played competitively at college and is currently active in Little League to support children in the greater Montreal area.

Patrick is a Project Management Lecturer for 2 universities, including HEC
Montréal.
He led several projects to transition from waterfall to Agile strategies, mastering
lean methodologies, and applying the best change management strategies with a
PROSCI framework.
He participated in the PMI Montreal Chapter mentoring program for several

Daniel Cloutier

As the President of DC Services Conseils and training consultant for HZM consulting, Daniel has more than 25 years of project experience with major clients from Utilities, Banking, Insurance, Construction, Metals & Mining and Telecommunications.

Rescuing projects from the brink of failure has been a specialty of his over the year. As principal and partner of HZM, Joey boasts a career spanning more than 30 years in project management, consulting, banking as well as coaching and mentoring. He works with clients to solve challenging project management problems and helps create a projectized environment that aids organizations deliver projects on time.

Joey is very engaged in the community, reflected by being a founding member of the successful Montreal language festival, LangFest. He is also an active member of organizations such as the PMI (Montreal and Guayaquil chapters).

He is also passionate about tennis and running, successfully completing over 40 long distance races in recent years.
