During this two-day live course, students will gain the necessary knowledge to leverage the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) and lead a Lean-Agile enterprise as a certified SAFe® Agilist (SA). Deriving its underlying principles from Lean, systems thinking, Agile development, product development flow, and DevOps, attendees will be exposed to the five competencies needed to become a Lean Enterprise and will learn and practice the necessary skills for supporting and executing Program Increment Planning events, and coordinating multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
Key understanding of the Lean-Agile mindset, why it’s so effective in today’s fast-paced marketplace, and what it means to drive a Lean-Agile transformation will be focus learning points. Attendees will learn how to build and support Agile teams and programs, enable a Lean Portfolio, estblish a Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps culture, and coordinate large solutions. Students will develop a new set of skills that have global recognition and demand to provide enterprises the keys to success in a market in transformation as a SAFe® 6.0 5 Agilist (SA).
