HZM consulting initiated an expedited project management audit process to determine the optimum approach for the organization. Set up a joint governance model to lead at risk projects for a period of 2-year, $25M+ Program in 3 regions (NAMER, Middle east and Europe). Implemented Agile methodology across 30 major projects with added visibility to executive sponsors across the organization .
Trained 200 resources over a period of 6 months on Agile practices in projects delivery.
